Gemma Marie

Gemma Marie has extensive experience in human resources, having held various managerial and director-level positions across notable companies. From January 2007 to August 2010, Gemma served as Manager of Human Resources at the Bank of St. Vincent. Subsequently, Gemma worked at East Caribbean Financial Holding Company Limited from September 2010 to October 2012 as Manager of Human Resources - Human Resource Administration. Additionally, Gemma held multiple leadership roles at Emerson, including Director of Human Resources Operations and Senior Regional Human Resources Manager. Gemma's earlier tenure at East Caribbean Financial Holdings Company Ltd. as Senior Manager - Human Resources Training & Development lasted from September 2010 to January 2014. Gemma’s academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of West Indies - Cave Hill Campus, a Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of the West Indies - Cave Hill Campus.
