Idan Lerer

Idan Lerer currently serves as the Senior Director of Service Delivery and Customer Success at Emerson, a position promoted to in October 2023, following Emerson's acquisition of National Instruments (NI), where Lerer held the role of Director of Services Delivery and Customer Success since August 2020. Prior to joining NI, Lerer worked at OptimalPlus for 15 years, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Operations, and held multiple roles related to IT systems and security. Lerer’s career began at Eyron Software Group as System & Security Team Manager. Lerer has bolstered professional expertise through advanced education at The University of Texas at Austin and UCLA Anderson School of Management, along with studies at The Open University of Israel.
