Iulia I. served as a Global Talent Management & Career Consultant at STAQ from 2016 to 2023, specializing in talent management, career consulting, and leadership programs across various industries. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, Iulia worked as the Global HR Organization Development Manager at Emerson Industrial Automation, where they developed global talent strategies and leadership programs. As the Co-Founder of The Playground, Iulia currently focuses on creating conscious connections within communities and organizations.
