Jacob Rader is currently the Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Emerson, having transitioned from the role of Manufacturing Engineer in Emerson’s Commercial & Residential Solutions division. They began their engineering career as an Equipment Engineer at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, where they focused on designing, maintaining, and improving equipment and processes for tire manufacturing and testing. Jacob has also held positions as a Product Design Engineer at LEWCO, Inc. and a Manufacturing Engineer at Crown Battery. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bowling Green State University between 2013 and 2015.
