Jason Young is an experienced professional in project management and operational leadership with a strong focus on lean enterprise and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Lean Enterprise Program Manager at Emerson since January 2022, Jason applies lean and Six Sigma tools to enhance supply chain operations. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Bluestone Products Division, where Jason oversaw manufacturing operations, and Program Supervisor at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, leading incident management initiatives. With a solid foundation in production supervision and sales management, Jason holds an MBA from Concordia University-St. Paul, a BBA from Metro State University, and a BS in Sports Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
