Jeff Smith is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and quality assurance. Currently serving as Quality Manager for MBB Operational Excellence at Vertiv Co since November 2016, Jeff also holds the role of ISO9001:2015 Transition Champion. Jeff's career at Emerson began in May 1996, where Jeff has held the position of Quality Project Manager and has achieved the designation of Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Jeff's educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in Quality Engineering from Columbus State Community College, earned between 2000 and 2002.
