Jerod Goodale

Jerod Goodale is a skilled Welding & Brazing Engineer at Emerson, where they provide direct engineering support for the vacuum brazing division. Previously, Jerod served as a Welding Technology Engineer Intern at Auto Truck Group, where they developed the company’s first formal welding procedures. Their experience also includes roles as a Welding Engineering Teaching Assistant at Ferris State University and as a Welder at Nova Metals, where they quickly mastered GMAW welding techniques. Jerod holds a Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering Technology from Ferris State University, which they completed in 2023. Additionally, they have demonstrated leadership and management skills as Vice President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
