Jim Madden

Jim Madden has over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership within the commercial and residential solutions sector. Currently serving as the Director of North America Sales for Emerson Professional Tools since October 2010, Jim oversees a sales responsibility exceeding $600 million while managing a large team of regional and territory managers. Previous roles include North American Sales Manager for Ridge Tool Company, where Jim achieved significant milestones, including three consecutive record sales years and impressive growth rates across multiple product lines. Earlier career experience encompasses roles at Bobbe & Company, James McHugh Construction, and Accenture. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
