John Solodar has extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the engineering and automation sectors, currently serving as Director of North America Programs at Emerson Automation Solutions since 2000. Responsibilities include overseeing Program Managers and establishing formal program review processes to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Director of the Midwest Engineering and Solution Center, where oversight of a 200+ person organization generated $80M in annual sales, as well as various management positions focused on operations, engineering, and business development. John holds an Executive MBA with Honors and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, along with a BA in Physics from Illinois Wesleyan University.
