John Sperino is the Vice President of Governance & Securities and Assistant Secretary. Previously, they served as Vice President and General Counsel at Emerson's Commercial & Residential Solutions and held various other legal and governance roles within Emerson and Blackwell Sanders LLP. John also gained experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist in the US Navy from 1988 to 1993. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA at Washington University in St. Louis, a JD at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Saint Louis University.
