Jonathan Hey has over 20 years of experience in human capital management and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Human Capital Management and the Director of Global HRIS, Corporate at Emerson since August 2002, Jonathan has developed a strong focus on digital strategies within HR. Prior to Emerson, Jonathan worked as a Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst and Young from February 1999 to December 2001. Jonathan Hey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, earned between 2003 and 2005, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, completed in 1998.
