Luis Gallardo

Luis Gallardo is a skilled professional with experience in agile methodologies and a strong background in finance and human resources. Current position as a Senior Scrum Master and Delivery Lead at NI (National Instruments) since September 2016 involves building and leading high-performing scrum teams, along with mentoring over 20 individuals on agile operations. Prior roles include Senior System Analyst at NI, where support for business processes was provided, and Human Resources Analyst internship at Grupo Monge, which focused on organizational structure improvements.
