Matt Grillo

Matt Grillo is currently the Director of Thermal Power Solutions at Emerson, overseeing a team of project managers and ensuring the successful execution of various projects across North and Latin America. Previously, they served as a Manager in Thermal Power Solutions Project Management at Emerson, managing a diverse portfolio of retrofit and new-generation projects. With extensive experience in project management, they have held roles at Bombardier Transportation and Revision Military, where they managed significant contracts and led cross-functional teams. Grillo's educational background includes pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Duquesne University.
