Melissa Lilienthal

Melissa Lilienthal is an accomplished Environment Health and Safety Director currently leading EHS programs at Emerson within the Measurement Solutions Business Group. They began their career as a Sales Representative at Mark Mullin Sales and later gained experience as an EHS Advisor at US Compliance, where they provided consultative services and conducted safety audits. With a solid foundation from their Bachelor's degree in Occupational Science from the College of St. Catherine, they advanced through various roles at Emerson, including Global Safety & Health Manager, where they established global safety standards and drove performance improvements.
