Michael Baltus

Michael Baltus is currently the GMS Engineering Manager at Emerson, where they oversee engineering operations. Previously, Baltus held positions such as Manufacturing Engineer at Rosemount, Inc., where they supported final assembly production and led improvement projects for manufacturing processes. They began their career in customer service at Cub Foods, where they advanced from a Customer Service Attendant to a Customer Service Manager, and also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Cub Foods Pharmacy. Baltus has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of North Dakota and an A.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Itasca Community College.
