Michael Baughman

Michael Baughman has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Emerson since October 2017. Previously, Michael held several senior finance roles at Baxter International Inc. from October 2003 to October 2017, including Vice President of Finance Operations, Quality and R&D, and Vice President of Finance for the Medical Products division. Michael's earlier career includes tenure as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where responsibilities spanned 13 years in auditing and transaction services. Michael earned a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
