Michael Morando

Michael Morando is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Project Manager for Power & Water Solutions at Emerson since November 2025, Michael previously held positions such as Injection Operations Manager at Niagara Bottling and NPI Tooling Engineer at MSA - The Safety Company, where responsibilities included developing tooling and managing supplier quality for various products. Michael's background also encompasses quality assurance engineering at Chelsea Building Products, along with research roles at The Pennsylvania State University and JSP as a Process Engineering Intern. Michael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and an Engineer’s Degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering, both from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
