Pamela Chips

Pamela Chips is currently the Director of Global Human Resources, Control Systems and Software at Emerson Automation Solutions, where they lead human resource management and strategic initiatives across both U.S. and international locations. With over twenty years of experience in labor relations and organizational development, Pamela has demonstrated a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, serving on various advisory committees and teaching courses such as "Managing Unconscious Bias." Prior to their current role, Pamela owned a consulting firm that provided expert counsel on labor relations and HR strategy, and they held multiple leadership positions within Emerson, including overseeing global product service and repair departments. They are also pursuing advanced studies in Labor Relations and Industrial Psychology at Thomas More University.
