Paulette Daniel

Paulette Daniel is a Global Health & Wellbeing Benefits Manager with over 20 years of HR experience, including more than a decade focused on employee benefits. Currently, Paulette manages global health and welfare benefits at Emerson, where they have worked since 2023, following a role as Manager of Employee Benefits from 2014 to 2023. Paulette began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Green Tree Servicing and later served as an HR Associate at Starkey Laboratories. Paulette holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
