Peter Gardiner

Peter Gardiner is a seasoned sales leader specializing in avionics interface products, currently leading sales activities for Abaco Systems, Inc. and GE Intelligent Platforms in EMEA and India. They have extensive experience in the military-aerospace sector, having previously served as the European Sales Director at both SBS Technologies and Condor Engineering. Peter also directed the SMART Structures Research Institute at the University of Strathclyde, pioneering Europe's first multi-disciplinary research initiative in Smart Structure Technology. Their career began in advanced systems at Westland Helicopters Limited, followed by roles in product development at Smiths Industries Aerospace & Defence Systems. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Physics from the University of Bath and continues their education at Tredegar Comprehensive.
