Peter Schachinger

Peter Schachinger is the Director of Mechanical Engineering at Emerson, where they lead a team focused on radar and piezo-based acoustic technology. Previously, Peter managed the Laser Technology Group at Emerson Process Management and has held engineering roles at Siemens Laser Analytics AB and Emerson Automation Solutions. With a robust academic background, they earned a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering & Product Design from Chalmers University of Technology, alongside a BFA in Industrial Design.
