Ravinder Ralhan

Ravinder Ralhan is an experienced professional in supply chain management and strategic sourcing, currently serving as the Head of Global Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing at Emerson since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ravinder held various leadership positions at Baker Hughes from July 2017 to March 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing sourcing operations and leading a team of over 45 professionals. Additional experience includes roles at GE Oil & Gas, Delphi Automotive, and Havells India Ltd, focusing on strategic sourcing and negotiation in both local and global contexts. Ravinder holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
