Rob Meloy is currently the Program Director at Emerson, where they previously served as Engineering Director. They began their career as an Engineer Intern at Gerdau North America before working as a Materials Engineer at Etrema Products. Rob advanced through Emerson Automation Solutions, holding positions including Senior Product Engineer and Engineering Manager from 2016 to 2018. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from Iowa State University and are currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business.
