Robin Rayburn

Robin Rayburn is currently the Senior Director and Global Head of HR Business Partnering at Emerson, leading HR initiatives for the Test & Measurement Business Unit. They previously served as Director at NI, overseeing Global HR for various business units, and held significant roles in organizations such as WorldFirst and Filter, LLC. With a background in talent acquisition and employee engagement, Robin has cultivated expertise across multiple sectors, including digital marketing and pharmaceuticals. They hold a BA in Theatre from Lamar University and have pursued an MFA in Stage Design at Northwestern University.
