Prior to this role, Roy held various marketing positions within Emerson, demonstrating progressive responsibility and leadership. In 2023, Roy graduated from the Europe Emerson Business Academy, enhancing skills in business, leadership, and strategy. Roy's educational background includes a Master's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Economics, both from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
