Sam Gill

Sam Gill is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in regional and global HR roles, currently serving as Senior HR Director at Emerson since January 2025, overseeing HR operations across the AMER, APAC, and EMEA regions. Prior to this, Sam held various positions at National Instruments from July 1997 to June 1999, including Head of HR for EMEA and Senior HR Business Partner for Northern Europe, contributing significantly to people strategy and operational alignment across multiple regions.
