Sandra Bello

Sandra Bello has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Emerson since February 2011, where responsibilities include talent management and developing onboarding programs for critical roles. Previously, Sandra held the position of Jefe de Entrenamiento y DO at both Emerson and Fabricas Monterrey - FEMSA, focusing on budget development and training programs for employees and unionized staff. Additionally, Sandra worked as Coordinador de Desarrollo at Productos Rich S.A de C.V, overseeing training initiatives across five regions. Educational qualifications include a Diplomado in Strategic Human Resource Management from Tecnologico de Monterrey, a Diplomado in Training Management based on ISO from CAPINTE, an MBA from UDLA, and a degree in Pedagogy from Universidad Panamericana.
