Sharon Roell is a technology leader with nearly 30 years of diverse experience, currently serving as the Digital HCM-Enterprise IT Manager at Emerson. Previously, Sharon held various roles at NI (National Instruments), contributing to significant global HR technology implementations and enhancements. As a Principal Business Analyst, Sharon advocated for HR technology advancements and drove initiatives to ensure data integrity and security. Sharon began their career as an intern at Walt Disney World Corporation, gaining valuable management experience at Epcot. Sharon holds dual degrees in Psychology and Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin and Texas McCombs School of Business.
