Shea Dunning

Shea Dunning, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Team Lead Talent Acquisition at Emerson, focusing on talent acquisition for Engineering and Technical Project Management roles across North America since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Lloyd's Register, where Shea led the HR Shared Services team for the Americas and managed recruiting efforts across North, Central, and South America. Shea started with Lloyd's Register in 2007, progressing from corporate recruiting to Senior Recruiter in the Subsea & Drilling sector, and overseeing various marketing and community engagement initiatives. Earlier career positions include Executive Recruiter for Biotech and Pharmaceutical Division at Richard, Wayne & Roberts and Recruiter at The Liberty Group. Shea has pursued education at the University of Houston-Downtown and earned SHRM certification from Rice University's Glasscock School of Continuing Studies.
