Terry Hessling

Terry Hessling is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process and product development, particularly in the automation sector. Terry began career at Mac Valves Inc. as a Process Engineer and later advanced to Process Engineering Manager from January 2007 to May 2010. Following this, Terry held roles at ASCO Numatics, serving as Design Engineer and later as Engineering Manager for Customer Specials from May 2010 to April 2012. Transitioning to Emerson, Terry served as Engineering Manager for New Product Development in Machine Automation from April 2017 to April 2023, before taking on the role of Sr. Engineering Manager for New Product Development in Factory Automation and Discrete Automation in April 2023. Terry earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University between 1998 and 2003.
