Tim Fitch

Tim Fitch is currently the Interim Global Security Head at Emerson, where they also served as Sr. Manager, Global Behavioral Threat Assessment & Management and Internal Investigations, leading efforts in workplace violence prevention and internal investigations. Additionally, Tim is the Owner and Principal Consultant at The Fitch Group, LLC, and an Assessment Team Leader with CALEA. They have previously held the position of St. Louis County Councilman and have an extensive background in law enforcement as Chief of Police. Tim's educational pursuits span several institutions, contributing to their expertise in security and management.
