Timothy Graff

Timothy Graff is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in strategic development and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering for the Appleton Group at Emerson since April 2010, Timothy oversees global engineering initiatives for Electrical and Construction Materials Product lines. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategic Development at Therm-O-Disc, Inc., where Timothy focused on driving innovation and new business development. Timothy's career at Emerson Electric spans several leadership positions, including Vice President of Engineering for the Appliance Controls Division and Vice President of Cooking Products. Timothy began their professional journey at Motorola Inc. as a Design Engineer after earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completing an MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
