Vinod Phalak

Vinod Phalak is an accomplished executive with expertise in supply chain management and transformational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Supply Chain at Emerson since May 2025, Vinod oversees global Digital Supply Chain Operations to enhance productivity. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where leadership of transformational programs resulted in significant cost savings for manufacturers and retailers. As Associate Principal at Deloitte, Vinod was responsible for business development and managing client relationships while enhancing global Source-To-Pay processes. Previous roles at Kimberly-Clark involved leading strategic sourcing initiatives with a focus on delivering substantial annualized value, and as Director of Strategic Sourcing at GE, Vinod developed strategies that achieved ongoing savings. Vinod holds an MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Manufacturing Management from The University of Toledo.
