Will Nelson is an experienced sales and engineering professional with a robust background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Segment Sales Manager at Emerson since July 2017, Will partners with manufacturers in the Southeast to enhance precision cleaning and ultrasonic metal welding initiatives. Prior to Emerson, Will held various roles at GE Power from 2012 to 2017, including US Continuous Improvement Leader and Manufacturing Quality Engineer, where responsibilities included managing manufacturing processes and leading production teams. Will's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. Additional training includes certification as an EMT-IV in Emergency Medical Services.
