Clayton currently serves as Sales Manager in Technical Solutions for Mining and Forestry at Emesent since November 2022. Previous roles include After Sales Management and Customer Experience Ambassador at DJI, as well as Director of Operations at Disruptive Agro. Clayton has experience as Technology Manager at Measure, Senior Director of Technology at Gestão Engenharia, and Data Analyst at an unnamed company, among others. Earlier positions involved drone piloting and technical roles at various companies, including Geocom and Mapear com Drones. Clayton’s educational background includes a Master's in Information Technology from USP, an MBA in Software Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and an Executive MBA from FGV, with ongoing studies for an additional MBA focused on Organizational Leadership from MBA USP/Esalq. Prior military service was as a Sergeant in the Brazilian Army.
