Max Revay

Max Revay has a diverse background in engineering and research. Max is currently working as an Autonomy Engineer at Emesent, where they focus on drone autonomy, LiDAR mapping, and data analytics. Prior to this, Max worked as a Research Associate at UNSW, where they developed an innovative approach to clustering time series data. Max also developed algorithms to improve scalability and optimization in the process. Max has experience as a Tutor at the University of Sydney, teaching courses on system dynamics and control, experimental robotics, and advanced control and optimization. Max has also gained industry experience through internships at The Blueprint Lab and ZMP Inc., where they worked on developing robotic systems and software for deep-sea manipulators and autonomous driving. Additionally, Max served as a Research Assistant at the University of Sydney's particles and grains lab, specializing in the development of code for generating realistic 3D printable granular material for geotechnical engineering experiments.
