Latoya Rozof

LaToya Rozof, PHR, currently serves as HR Manager at emfluence since October 2019 and has owned 79ROZE LLC, a boutique dedicated to promoting body positivity for curvy women, since November 2015. Previous experience includes working as a Career Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison from September 2019 to March 2021, and as Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon from June 2016 to July 2019. While at Mazuma Credit Union from August 2013 to June 2016, LaToya held the position of VP of Talent and Development, managing a team to revamp HR strategies and policies. Additional roles include Senior Talent Specialist at JCPenney and HR Business Partner at UMB Bank. LaToya began their career as a Store Manager at Halls. LaToya holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a B.S. in Apparel/Textile Marketing from Kansas State University.
