Roger S. is a seasoned executive with significant expertise in country risk, ESG, and credit risk management. They served as the Managing Director and Global Head of Country Risk Management at GE Capital and held a similar role at Fitch Ratings. Currently, Roger is the Managing Director and Head of Public Sector ESG programs at the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance (EMIA). Additionally, they are an adjunct professor at New York University, specializing in Country Risk and International Political Economy, and have authored a strategic plan for the United States known as the Ten Point Plan.
