J Risi III

J Risi III has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. J began their career in 2001 as a Lead IT Specialist (Civil Service) for the United States Department of Defense. J also served as an IT Specialist (Enlistment) and a Computer Programmer (Enlistment) for the US Marines. In 2007, they became a Senior IT Engineer for the US Joint Chiefs of Staff at Phacil, Inc. In 2009, they founded Eminent Future and held roles as the CEO, Solutions Architect, Software Projects Leader, Architect, and Software Development Leader. In 2012, they became the Emerging Technologies Chair at AFCEA International. In 2019, they joined the U.S. Department of State as a Lead Software Engineer.

J Risi III completed an Executive Master's in Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2018, focusing on Organizational Leadership. Prior to that, they obtained a BSIS from Strayer University in 2012, with a focus on Information Systems Data Management. J also attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2003 to 2005, studying Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. In 2001 to 2005, J Risi III was a USMC Computer Programmer, graduating from the 4067 Marine Occupational School. J also attended Park University from 2002 to 2003, and Fiorello H LaGuardia High School from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Art/Art Studies, General.
