Richa Sachdeva

Richa Sachdeva is a skilled finance professional with extensive experience in digital performance management and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Digital Performance at Emirates NBD since September 2018, Richa drives stakeholder discussions focused on the performance of the funding center and asset-liability management, while also leading a team responsible for management information and planning in Retail and Wealth Management. Before Emirates NBD, Richa worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, where the role involved analyzing profit and loss statements and presenting findings to senior leadership. Early career experience includes serving as a Management Trainee at Genpact, focusing on financial reporting for GE Asset Management, and an Article Trainee at Rajiv Sharma & Associates, managing key client accounts. Richa holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an IFRS Diploma from ACCA, and a BCOM (H) in Commerce from Delhi University.
