Namir Aridi

Namir Aridi serves as the Group General Counsel & Board Secretary at Emirates Post since September 2020, overseeing legal and compliance activities and advising senior leadership on risk management and strategic decisions. Prior to this role, Namir held multiple positions at Agthia Group PJSC, including Vice President of Legal Affairs, where responsibilities encompassed legal due diligence for M&A transactions, compliance with corporate governance, and leading the in-house legal team. Namir's extensive legal experience includes positions as Chief Legal Counsel at Itsalat International Company, Legal Manager at KPMG, and Senior Legal Counsel at ORBIT Satellite Television and Radio Network. Namir began a legal career at Abu Fadel / Aridi Law Firm after obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Lebanese University.
