Safa Abdalla has a diverse background in customer service and administration, currently working in the Customer Service Department at Emirates Post since November 2021. Previous experience includes an administrative role at Etihad from May 2019 to October 2020, and a human resources internship focused on recruiting at Jenaan Investment in mid-2018. Safa has also completed a marketing internship at TÜV NORD Middle East, where sales experience was gained. Education was pursued at Abu Dhabi University, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management in 2018.
