Adel Johnson

Adel Johnson currently serves as the Regional Head of HR Business Partnerships for Northern and Eastern Europe, Türkiye, and the Russian Federation at Emirates since September 2025. Prior to this role, Adel was the Human Resources Director for dnata in the UK, responsible for shaping and implementing HR strategy across the UK organization. Experience includes positions at Expedia Group as Senior HR Manager for the UK, Ireland & Nordics, and at dnata in various senior HR roles, contributing significantly to HR strategy, team management, and employee relations. Additional background includes positions at OSM Aviation, Peninsula Business Services, Park Cameras Ltd, and Central Working. Education was completed at Crawley College.
