Afif Arsad is a licensed NLP Coach® and airline pilot with diverse experience in aviation spanning from First Officer roles to Captain positions at major airlines, including Hong Kong Airlines and Malaysia Airlines. As a single parent of three, Afif balances their professional commitments with family life while also leading the xBooks Design platform, which focuses on integrating design and education. Currently, Afif continues to influence the aviation industry as a First Officer at Emirates and operates as a licensed coach. With an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Business Administration and specialized training in aviation, Afif is dedicated to mentoring others and improving products through UX/UI design principles.
