Ali Alshammar is a civil engineering professional with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree, complemented by a minor in Environmental Engineering, from Monash University. Currently serving as a System Facility Controller at Emirates since May 2024, Ali previously held the position of Graduate Civil Engineer at WSP in the Middle East for a brief period in early 2024. Prior experience includes the role of BioMaterial CLT Engineer at Monash Carbon Capture and Conversion from August 2022 to July 2023, and serving as a Civil Engineering Student Mentor at Monash University from March 2022 to April 2023. Ali also gained practical experience as an Internship Trainee at the National Petroleum Construction Company in early 2023 and contributed to the Ministry of Education in the UAE as part of the Quality of Life in Education Council from December 2021 to March 2022.
