Christopher Wake

Christopher Wake is a seasoned airline professional with over a decade of experience flying in various sectors, including short-, medium-, and long-haul operations on the Airbus A320, A330, and A380. They served as an Airline Captain at Emirates from 2012 to 2020, where they excelled in leading multicultural teams in high-pressure environments. Currently, they are the Founder and Director of Crew Factors Ltd, providing CRM and Human Factors training to the aviation industry. Christopher also completed a degree in Ancient History & Archaeology from the University of Liverpool, graduating with a 2:1.
