Dan Andersson

Dan Andersson is an experienced Airline Captain currently serving as a Type Rating Instructor, Examiner, and Standards Training Captain for the A380 at Emirates Airline, where they have worked since 2011. With a strong operational background in aviation, flight training, and aviation security, Dan has held various roles including Senior First Officer on the A330/340. Dan's career began in the military, serving as a Sergeant in Försvarsmakten, and spans over three decades, including significant positions at Swiss International Air Lines and SAS. They are a graduate of Trafikflygarhögskolan, where they studied Airline/Commercial/Professional Pilot and Flight Crew.
