Derek Lim is a seasoned pilot currently serving as a Captain on the Airbus A380 with Emirates since July 2016, having also held the position of First Officer for the same aircraft. Prior to this role, Derek Lim was a First Officer with Malaysia Airlines from May 2006 to July 2016, gaining experience on various aircraft, including the Boeing 747-400, Airbus A330-200/300, and Boeing 737-400 on both scheduled and chartered flights worldwide.
