Greg Simpson

Greg Simpson is an Airline Captain with an extensive background in commercial aviation, holding UK and GCAA ATPL licenses and over 10,000 hours of flight experience. They began their career as a Cadet Pilot with easyJet in 2006, rising to the rank of Captain by 2014 before joining Emirates as a Senior First Officer on the Airbus A380. After returning to the Captain seat in 2019, Greg navigated the challenges posed by the impact of Covid-19 on the aviation industry and is currently seeking new opportunities to apply their skills. In addition to aviation, Greg is a passionate freelance photographer and graphic designer, co-founding Dubai Drives, a prominent community-based automotive hub, while managing their creative service, 'The Sky Beyond'. Greg holds a Foundation Degree in Aviation Management and Operations from London Metropolitan University, which they completed with distinction.
