Joe Wu is an experienced manager with over two decades of expertise in Operations Management and consulting. Currently, they serve as the Manager of the Cargo Operations Control Centre at Emirates SkyCargo, where they oversee live cargo operations and coordinate efficient service recovery for high-profile shipments. Joe's previous roles include working at Lufthansa Cargo AG as a Cargo Operations Officer and serving as a consultant for Lufthansa Consulting. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Washington, a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an MBA from INSEAD.
